The Pre-Sales Engineer will support the sales team by providing technical expertise in networking and IT infrastructure solutions. The role involves solution design, BOQ preparation, technical presentations, and close coordination with sales,and project teams to ensure successful deal closure.


Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with technical solution design for networking and IT infrastructure projects.
  • Conduct site surveys and assess client technical requirements.
  • Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, cost estimations, and solution architecture.
  • Coordinate with vendors and OEMs for product selection, pricing, and technical clarification.
  • LAN/WAN & Structured Cabling,ย Network Switches, Routers, Firewalls,ย Wi-Fi Solutions,ย Servers, Storage, and Data Center Infrastructure,ย UPS, Rack, and Power Solutions
  • Assist in tender documentation, compliance sheets, and technical comparisons.
  • Work closely with project & operations teams during handover for smooth execution.

Must Have

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in CSE, EEE, ETE, ICT, or a related field.
  • 4โ€“6 years of experience in pre-sales/solution design.
  • Knowledge of enterprise networking and IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Experience in system integration companies will be preferred.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on knowledge of products from brands like Cisco, Huawei, MikroTik, HP, Ubiquiti, Fortinet, Dell, HPE, etc.
  • Ability to create technical diagrams, network layouts, and solution documents.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Good coordination and teamwork ability.
